Our services include customized desiging and digital deliverables tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are generally not available once the services has been initiated or completed.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request to cancel a scheduled service or engagement before the work has commenced.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@elitebusines.com.
- If the cancellation is received within 24 hours of payment and before any work has started, a full refund may be issued (minus any applicable transaction fees).
- Once project planning, designing, or execution has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances where Elite Business Consulting LLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal issues.
- In such cases, partial or full refunds may be processed at the sole discretion of the management.
- All refund requests must include relevant details (invoice number, payment proof, service name, and reason for request).
- Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Customized digital deliverables, design, or website.
- Third-party software or tools procured on behalf of the client.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received an approved refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account or credit card provider.
- If the issue persists, contact your bank or payment processor, as processing times may vary.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@elitebusines.com.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing or service-related concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card provider. Filing a chargeback without prior notice may delay resolution or affect eligibility for refunds.
